Selling services and providing service are two different things. Like all CPA and advisory firms, Lindquist, von Husen & Joyce LLP provides tax and assurance services, IRS representation and various business and individual consulting services. Our difference is how we deliver them.

We will:

  • • Provide only experienced staff to work on your engagement, and will not use your company or organization as our training ground.

  • • Use dedicated audit programs that are designed for optimal efficiency and relevance to your company or organization.

  • • Be available to address issues as they arise throughout the year. We typically do not charge for routine phone calls, as we seek to maintain a long-term relationship as a trusted advisor to your company or organization.

  • • Research and design the best format for investor or regulatory reporting.

  • • Provide in-house training on LIHTC or employee benefit changes, just two of many examples.

  • • Recommend new systems or processes to improve efficiency and controls.

  • • Alert you to developments that impact affordable housing, estate or succession planning opportunities before they happen.
